Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy for domestic orders, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unread and unopened, in its original bag and board (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

We photograph all orders before shipping. Returned items will be compared against those photos; items returned in worse condition than shipped will not be accepted.


How to Start a Return

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Graded and slabbed books (CGC, CBCS, or any third-party graded comic) — due to the risk of case scratching or tampering during transit, all graded books are final sale
  • Pre-orders and special orders — once the order cut-off date has passed or the item has shipped, pre-orders are final sale
  • Signed books and limited editions
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order.


International Orders

International orders are accepted for return only if the item arrives significantly damaged or the wrong item was sent. We do not accept international returns for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or minor printing defects (spine ticks, minor shelf wear) that originate from the publisher.

Customs and duties: Ronin Brothers Comics is not responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties applied to your order. All such fees are the responsibility of the customer. If a package is returned to us because the buyer refused to pay local customs duties or import taxes, the order is not eligible for a refund and return shipping will not be covered.


European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason, without justification. Returned items must be in original, unread condition with original packaging and proof of purchase. Return shipping costs remain the buyer's responsibility.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the credit.
