Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your destination. No free shipping threshold applies to international orders.
We ship internationally via USPS. Estimated transit times are as follows — please note these are estimates only and are not guaranteed:

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Ronin Brothers Comics ships all international orders on a DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid) basis. This means that any customs fees, import taxes, VAT, or duties assessed by your country's customs authority are the responsibility of the customer and are collected on delivery.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. If you have questions about what fees may apply to your order, we recommend contacting your local customs office before purchasing.
Packages refused at customs or returned due to unpaid duties will not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure you are prepared to pay any applicable import fees before placing an international order.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, contact us within 7 days at roninbrotherscomics@gmail.com or by phone at 314-626-5447 and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
